During my internship program I carried out the research work titled "In vitro evaluation of antagonist (Trichoderma) as well as fungicide for their efficacy against Colletotrichum graminicola.
Colletotrichum graminicola is a fungus which causes anthracnose disease on oats crop.
I have learned how to use and handle different lab equipment’s along with their purpose i.e.,
 Media preparation
 Isolation of different fungi
 Purification and preservation
 Inoculum preparation
 Morphological identification of d/f fungi
 D/F biocontrol technique/treatments
 Nano particles.
